Growing up here in Onslow County, I am very familiar with the area and all its growth over the past 30 years.  I have been dealing in the Real Estate Market for several years watching its trends change from a sellers market to a buyers market.

My biggest concern for people entering into the housing market is do they know who is on their side?   Most are not aware that in NC all Realtors start off working for the seller even if its not their listing.
